The name Odíhg Krfirap Yid is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Krfirap Yid was founded by Cōrmē Yärmé̄y 'Teen Dubarry' Ya̋nvē Yä̌shī̌s Da̋chī̌ Hughes, who was culturaly Tauric.

Odíhg Krfirap Yid was founded durring the early 16th century in summer of the year 1513, by Cōrmē Yärmé̄y 'Teen Dubarry' Ya̋nvē Yä̌shī̌s Da̋chī̌ Hughes. The establishment of Odíhg Krfirap Yid was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Cōrmē Yärmé̄y 'Teen Dubarry' Ya̋nvē Yä̌shī̌s Da̋chī̌ Hughes struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Odíhg Krfirap Yid as a prison colony.

Odíhg Krfirap Yid was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Krfirap Yid is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

The eruption was isolated to the area around Odíhg Krfirap Yid, which was swallowed in ash, lava flows, and pyroclastic gasses. Odíhg Krfirap Yid lost 100 people, 270 livestock, and 54 buildings in the disaster. The event is forever remembered as the Day of Woe's Wrath.
